Portrait of Dr. Brett Senor

Brett Senor, MD is a board-certified internal medicine physician with Blue Ridge Premier Medicine, a group of concierge medical providers. He is also a diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine- a branch of care that uses nonpharmacological and nonprocedural approaches to improving the health of patients. The interventions are centered on evidence-based behavior modifications in areas such as nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep optimization and avoidance of toxic substances. Patients that embrace these changes have demonstrated substantial health improvements, including reversal of diseases that historically have been regarded as progressive.

He and his wife recently started a company, Wellspring Health Collective, to share Lifestyle Medicine with a broader audience, in hopes of positively influencing the health of people beyond his concierge practice.

Brett has been a speaker at state and national conferences, as well as with thousands of physicians and other members of healthcare systems from across the nation. He is scheduled to speak at several upcoming events for lay audiences and healthcare providers.
